We kindly ask that you do your best to find childcare so that you can enjoy a fun night out with us. Though if it is a question of you not being able to go otherwise, we would prefer you to come with your kids rather than not come at all. *Please inquire with us before bringing guests not listed on the invitation.*

If your invitation/save the date is addressed to you "And Guest", then yes! Otherwise, we ask that you refer to whom the invitation/save the date is addressed to.

The venue has a large parking lot, and there is public parking one block away from the hotel. However, we have chosen this venue and location such that people coming in from out of state do not need to rent a car unless they desire to do so. The Hotel is a short bus or uber ride from MKE airport, and shuttles will be provided between the hotel & venue on the day of the wedding.

Yes, The Ivy House has no stairs for all public spaces and is easily accessible.

With late November weather, it is likely that all wedding activities will be indoors. However, if we are blessed with unseasonably warm weather which just coincidentally has become more common through completely normal and not at all human-influenced means, we will have the ceremony in the outdoor space at the venue and blankets will be provided if necessary.

Please arrive 10-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow ample time to arrive and get settled.

We will have two amazing photographers to capture our wedding ceremony from multiple angles. We ask that our guests respect our wishes for an unplugged ceremony.

The Journeyman or Saint Kate The Arts Hotel are both excellent choices. Note: no hotel blocks arranged.
